McMillen Law Firm practices primarily in the
area of medical malpractice. NICA claims are related, because the
NICA plan has become a substitute for certain malpractice claims. We will sometimes accept cases involving
legal malpractice, auto accidents, or general personal injury law, but
only when they involve very significant injuries. Approximately 90% of
our work is handling professional malpractice cases.
We pride ourselves on the personal service
we give to each of our clients. In order to continue to provide this
level of service, we limit our practice to only a select number of cases
so that we can give each case a great deal of personal attention. While
our firm started in Orlando and its main office is there, for many years
we have handled cases throughout Florida, and even out of state. To
serve you better we have opened additional offices in several major
Florida cities.
If we accept your NICA claim our attorney
fees and expenses are paid by NICA when your child is accepted
into the program. No deposit is
required by you and we will advance all expenses of filing the NICA claim. We do not charge an attorney's
fee or for any of the expenses if we do not obtain a NICA recovery for you.
